There are awfully big puffed sleeves under that sweater, but I love the peter pan collar and the cheerful print. With a belt, sweater and flats I think it works. Next time I'm going to try my boots.

RE-Fashioned dress
This handmade dress was down to my ankles when I bought it at Goodwill for $5. BL rolled his eyes when I showed it to him, but I knew it had potential. There was a horizontal pleat (what do you call that?) right below my knees. I cut the fabric off at the top of the pleat and was left with a hem! :)
